The bar had a VERY cute atmosphere. The rooms are gorgeous with modern decor. The continental breakfast had lots of choice (i grabbed three croissants!).
The room was a bit too hot, even though it was a rainy night. The bed wasn't great, it reminded me of only springs were there. The bathroom had some spiders and spider webs.

the staff was gracious when i arrived after a long day. they helped me to store my bicycle SAFELY. the bar service was quick, and it had a friendly atmosphere.
the reception area was hard TO find upon arrival. another guest directed me through the bar area. better signage would benefit future guests.

the food tasted great at the restaurant. they are serving meals continuously and the restaurant appeared very popular. i did observe that many patrons were happy eating at the restaurant.

staff members always seemed happy and were helpful. ALL the staff members were polite and professional. i thought the team handled every request well, so i felt taken care of during my stay.

the room was clean when i checked in and it had all essentials. the bed provided good support and the room felt very cozy. my room included coffee and tea facilities, which i did appreciate.

The staff opened the breakfast two hours early for marathon runners. This was much appreciated. the bar and restaurant prices were very reasonable. The food was also tasty. i would stay here again.
The shower tray was very slippery. I noticed there was no shower mat or handle to hold.

the breakfast offered a very good choice of items, and arena greeted us each morning. i enjoyed the evening meal in the restaurant; i thought it was excellent. generally, the hotel's gastronomy stood out.

the hotel itself is modern and nicely decorated throughout the premises. i saw a schuurtje to store my bike, making it safe during my stay. the staff was very polite and friendly; they provided great assistance.
